In November of 1992, Eurasian Service Center was founded by Mercedes-Benz master technician, Mark Neely. Having worked in dealerships for years, he became dissatisfied with the quality of service the big names were providing their customers.
With a genuine love for cars and his craft, Mark understood the value of honest, high-quality service and excellent customer care. He began working on Mercedes-Benz at his home, quickly gaining a following of loyal customers who were searching for trustworthy technicians. Before he knew it, his home’s lot was overflowing with customer cars. All signs pointed to starting his own auto repair shop, and the vision of Eurasian became a reality.
Eurasian expanded and compressed with the twists and turns associated with starting a repair shop from the ground up. Mark was constantly in search of the employees that belonged there; the people who were a natural fit for Eurasian’s own genuine personality. In 1994, Rob Salerno joined the Eurasian venture as Vice President. A leader by nature, Rob’s tenacity became a major driving force in business. Their combined ability to recognize potential lead to their decision to bring in Eddie Piece, who would become the face of Eurasian, working closely with customers and technicians as Service Manager. Shortly after, Frank Caputo joined the team. He learned every detail to every component of Eurasian, and his broad knowledge awarded him a position as General Manager. Finally, Kenny Robinson took over Eurasian’s parts department, mastering the ins-and-outs of technician support.
The garage’s six lifts were paired with six very talented master technicians. Everyone had fallen into place perfectly, and Mark finally had his team of solid employees and technicians who would provide the people of Northern Virginia with the best service possible. Through 22 years, Eurasian stayed true to it’s roots, and to this day owes it’s success to the goals and principles mapped out by it’s founders. Finally approaching the ability to expand, Eurasian Service Center and it’s staff look forward to the growth and future of this business serving the community.
