	Master Technician Responsibilities: Perform required and additional repairs and/or inspections as approved by Service Writer and/or customers. Write repair orders in accordance with company policies and standards. Clear communication with customers, parts & service departments for time and/or cost estimates. High level of repair experience in multiple car lines. Requirements: High School or equivalent or Vocational training. ASE certification and/or factory training preferred. Five years experience being an automotive technician. High level of diagnostic experience on multiple car lines. Proof of valid drivers license, driving record and insurance. [Send your resume here]

Service Appointments All service is by appointment only. We do accept walk-in service for emergency situations.

Rental Cars We provide rental cars at corporate rates via Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Please notify your Service Advisor that you will be needing a rental car at the time you make your appointment.

Towing In the event your vehicle needs towing, call T&T Towing @ (703) 795-9659. Your Service Advisor can arrange this or you may contact them directly.

Warranty All service work is covered by our exclusive 12 Month / 12,000 Mile Eurasian Advantage Warranty.

Early Bird and Night Drop Service For the convenience of our early morning and late night service customers, we offer a night drop. The drop box is located next to the overhead door in front of our facility. Please follow the instructions on the drop envelope.

Shuttle Service We offer complimentary scheduled shuttles locally within the Tysons Corner area and to the West Park Transfer Station. Shuttles are available between 8:00AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Please let your Service Advisor know that you will need a shuttle when making your service appointment.
