Mark became a Mercedes Benz Master Technician as a teenager. After 11 years at Euro Motorcars and 6 years at HBL, he opened Eurasian Service Center in 1992. Mark is a hands-on owner whose hard work and accurate and honest diagnoses has allowed the business to grow and prosper.

 | Rob Salerno - Vice President
Rob began his career in the automotive industry at ESC in 1994. While managing overall shop growth and productivity, Rob has also created a relaxed, professional workplace for employees and customers alike. He enjoys being part of a team working towards a common goal and being surrounded by good, hard working, successful people. Rob currently resides in Arlington.

 | Eddie Pierce - Service Manager
Eddie's wide ranging career has seen him spend time in the retail, finance, and service aspects of the automotive industry. After starting out in a detail shop as a teenager in his native Washington, D.C., he has dedicated over 16 years to improving his automotive knowledge while specializing in general repair and maintenance. Eddie joined the Eurasian team in 1999.

 | Frank Caputo - Inventory Manager
Frank joined ESC in 2001 after a variety of careers including HVAC service inspector, web monitor, and musician. After growing up in New Jersey, graduating from West Virginia University, and spending some time in the Pacific Northwest, he has settled down in N. Virginia. Frank fills many roles for ESC from customer relations to marketing.

 | Kenny Robinson - Parts Manager
Kenny has spent the past 18 years in the business while earning a bachelor's degree in marketing and psychology & a master's degree in human resources management. He has been with Eurasian since 2002. A lifelong resident of the D.C. metropolitan area, he currently resides in Fairfax with his family. When he's not coaching his son's baseball team, Kenny enjoys rebuilding & customizing his cars, bowling, golf, and NASCAR racing. |

Rental Cars
We provide rental cars at corporate rates via Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Please notify your Service Advisor that you will be needing a rental car at the time you make your appointment. |

In the event your vehicle needs towing, call T&T Towing @ (703) 795-9659. Your Service Advisor can arrange this or you may contact them directly. |

Early Bird and Night Drop Service
For the convenience of our early morning and late night service customers, we offer a night drop. The drop box is located next to the overhead door in front of our facility. Please follow the instructions on the drop envelope. |

Shuttle Service
We offer complimentary scheduled shuttles locally within the Tysons Corner area and to the West Park Transfer Station. Shuttles are available between 8:00AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Please let your Service Advisor know that you will need a shuttle when making your service appointment.
